Due to the Secret Figure offer release of Bossk at the beginning of The Empire Strikes Back run the inital release of Bossk was shorter than the other figures. As a result the 31 Back first release of Bossk is a very rare figure. He is first released on the 31 Back and the second of the Bounty Hunters.

Do you need the definition of cool as here it is. The best of all the Star Wars figures right here. Imperial Stormtrooper Hoth Battle Gear, aka Snowtrooper is the baddest of the bad. No bias on my part at all. He is first released on the 31 Back.

Force fact:
Another figure that has two weapons and one of two in this release that has a major alteration to the card artwork in the next run of figures. He is first released on the 31 Back.

Variations: The original release has the yellow Luke hair but a later release has brown hair.

Force fact:
Like Luke Bespin Leia Bespin has a major alteration to the card artwork in the next run of figures. The name plate later changes to Princess Leia Organa (Bespin Gown) whereas she starts as Leia Organa (Bespin Gown). She is first released on the 31 Back.

Variations: Early versions of the figure have the “crew neck” on the outfit as opposed to the later which have the “turtleneck” version.

Originally released as Yoda his name plate changes to Yoda The Jedi Master in later releases. He is first and only figure originally released on the 32 Back as he was the only new figure in this release.

Variations: The early release of Yoda has an orange snake. That later changes to a brown snake and there is a rubbery green snake version as well that is very tough to find. The figure itself has a black eyes version as well.

R2-D2 Sensorscope was first released in the Sears Exclusive Rebel Command Center Playset. His name started as Artoo-Detoo (R2-D2) then Artoo-Detoo (R2-D2) (With Sensorscope). R2-D2 is dated 1977 as Kenner simply reused the original body for this figure. This new R2-D2 replaced the original figure. He is first released carded on the 45 Back.

This figure has break apart features to replicate C-3PO’s circumstances in the film. This new figure replaced the original C-3PO figure. He is first named C-3PO (Removable Limbs) then changed to See-Threepio (C-3PO)(Removable Limbs) then simply See-Threepio (C-3PO) only to change again to See-Threepio (C-3PO) with removable limbs. He is first released on the 47 Back even though he is pictured on the back of the 45 Backs.

Fifth of the Bounty Hunters released by Kenner. Some confusion has existed as Kenner reversed his name with the final Bounty Hunter 4-LOM. In later years and the newer toys this figure is now called 4-LOM. He is first released on the 48 Back even though he is pictured on the back of the 47 Backs.

Sixth and final of the Bounty Hunters released by Kenner. Actually he is the last of the Empire figures period. Some confusion has existed as Kenner reversed his name with the Zuckuss Bounty Hunter. In later years and the newer toys this figure is now called Zuckuss. Kenner made up his name like many of the background characters. His name was a play on both his profession as a Bounty Hunter and the incredible sales of the toys. (Adipex) 4-LOM is an acronym “for the love of money.” He is first released carded on the 48 Back but was a mail away offer on the back of the 47 Backs.
